Loring Heights is a residential neighborhood of around 330 single-family homes, tucked away just a few blocks west of Peachtree, nestled in between Midtown and Buckhead near the Brookwood split. Tree-lined streets, rolling hills and two parks make this neighborhood a true oasis in the city. The neighborhood's ideal central location provides quick access to I-75/85 and Peachtree, the main arteries of Intown Atlanta. Loring Heights residents also enjoy pedestrian access to shopping, dining and entertainment on Peachtree or in Atlantic Station. The friendly neighborhood hosts regular social events, including the popular "First Friday Fiesta", a party held at a different neighbor's home the first week of every month in the summer, as well as other events throughout the year. Loring Heights borders on the west of Brookwood, east of Berkeley Park, south of Collier Hills and north of Atlantic Station.
