Every home seller is offered a complimentary staging consultation by Karen Dembsky, owner of Peachtree Home Staging (ranked in the top stagers of the country). We also provide complimentary professional photography by Joshua Vensel of Vensel Photography. Both are amazing at what they do and we can't tell you how many times we have heard: 'Is that my home?' and 'why didn't I meet with Karen five years ago?'. Your photos are then given to our marketing director to create your home marketing brochures. He incorporates art into your prints to create the high end brochure presentation piece on your home.    

Communication is key to home sellers in this ever changing market. Each home seller has their own personalized website that they can log into anytime to view all activity and showing feedback with the responses of agents and potential buyers...you get new feedback the moment that we do through our automated online feedback system!

We realize almost all real estate starts on the internet. We have a large focus on search engine optimization and online home marketing/exposure. This extra attention helps to yield our home sellers the highest return by giving them more exposure. 89% of homebuyers start their search online. Through online marketing, our team often finds buyers without agents, saving the seller an extra 3%. FORECLOSURES/SHORT SALES We are always staying on top of foreclosure/REO homes and true short sale opportunities, often finding unlisted homes before they ever hit the market through our bank contacts, builder contacts and other agents that we have relationships with. We help eliminate the extra hassles and streamline the buying process for both types of foreclosure and short sale bank sales and do the upfront work to assure they are worth your time. Our team invests in online sites that allow us to know what is owed to the bank on each home that is about to come up on the courthouse steps for sale, as well as having strong relationships with the area listing agents who specialize in listing bank owned homes.
