Hart (Hartografie.com). They are both great people and we can't tell you how many times we have heard: 'Is that my home?' and 'why didn't I meet with Karen five years ago?!'. Your photos are then given to our marketing director to create your home brochures, incorporating art into your prints to create the high end folder brochures as presentation pieces on your home.

Each home seller has their own personalized website that they can log into anytime to view all activity and showing feedback with the responses of agents and potential buyers...you get new feedback the moment that we do through our online system!

Through online marketing, we often find buyers without agents, saving you the extra 3%. We are committed to helping all financially distressed homeowners, giving homeowners hope and a dignified solution through loan modification, loan refinancing (short or long term), or through helping them short sale (lender approves a sale less than their loan balance) their home.

He enjoys when you are there for inspection and is available to you to talk anytime, enjoying the after move-in calls to reconnect and help you in any way. When it comes to helping Investors, we are always staying on top of foreclosures and short sale opportunities, often finding unlisted homes before they ever hit the market through our bank contacts, builder contacts and other agents that we have relationships with. We can help eliminate the extra hassles and streamline the buying process for both types of foreclosure and short sale (preforeclosure) bank sales.
We invest in online sites that allow us to know what is owed to the bank on each home that is about to come up on the courthouse steps for sale.
